Storm Rush

Bronntanas · at 90%, 75%, 60%, 40% and 20% HP

Bronntanas, in the centre, turns to face you (yellow pointer), then fires a laser from the centre out along that line. Step out of the line before it lands. A landed laser stays on the floor as a deadly wall for the rest of the fight, so you can't cross it, and by the last rush a lot of the arena is covered.

After each laser a knockback circle drops where you stand. When it pops it throws anyone inside in a random direction, quite possibly into a wall. Either get out of it, or resist it with a knockback-immunity skill so you can stay put and keep your walls tight.

The boss's HP drains between rushes (bar at the top). The rushes at 40% and 20% are faster, and each part has its own settings.

Leave room for the 50% mechanic

At 50%, Maverick's Maelstrom happens inside one of four zones at north, east, south and west. If storm rush walls cover those zones, the run is basically over, so the tool checks them at 50%. Place your rushes in the gaps between them:

Between lasers, sidestep only as far as you need to (move clockwise along the ring): big steps spread the walls out and run into the next zone.

Stay about 85–90% of the way out from the centre (the faint green ring). Closer to the centre the lasers fan out and eat more of the arena; right against the wall you risk getting stuck, so movement there is sticky. The next starting spot and the ring are shown by default. Turn on Show the 50% mechanic zones in the settings to see the zones all fight.

To drill the late rushes, set Start at to 40%: the walls from a good 90/75/60% are already down and you start on the 40% spot.

Skills

All single use per run, except the dash.

Buffs don't carry over between phases: in the real fight the gap between rushes is long enough for them to run out, so when a rush ends, anything cast before its last knockback circle is cleared. Skills you cast after that last circle, ready for the next rush, are kept.

Too hard for now? Turn on Easy: no knockbacks. The real fight does knock you around, though.
